Police test streamed live
In a significant move towards ensuring transparency, the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) has broadcasted the police recruitment written test live on its official Facebook page.
The purpose of this initiative is to provide the public with a real-time view of the recruitment process, fostering transparency and building public trust in governmental institutions.
According to ETEA's Executive Director, Adil Saeed Safi, all phases of the written examination have streamed live on ETEA's official Facebook page, from the start to the conclusion of the test. This live coverage is open to not only the candidates' parents, but also the general public, aiming to enhance trust in the transparency and fairness of the examination process.
Safi further stated that over 11,000 candidates have participated in the test across various centres in the province, including Batgram, Mardan, D.I. Khan, Kohat, Mansehra, Peshawar, and Bannu. Among the candidates, 355 are women, and 29 belong to minority communities.
Additionally, all test centres have been equipped with arrangements for security, parking, and proper checking procedures to ensure a smooth and secure process.
