Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Paul Soliz, has reportedly taken three of his children to live at the pop star’s home, according to claims made by his mother-in-law, Sandra Smith.

During an interview on the “Drew Lane Show” on Friday, Smith alleged, “He took three of the kids, too. We are trying to get those kids back.”

Soliz, 38, is married to Nicole Mancilla, though she filed for divorce on Wednesday, ending their eight-year marriage. Smith further claimed that Soliz is not providing child support for any of his children, despite attempting to move them into Spears' residence.

Court records filed by Los Angeles County Support Services show that Soliz is required to pay $1,167 per month in child support, along with half of health care costs for his children—Trystan, 9, Dylan, 8, and Violet, 1. However, Smith stated that Soliz has not fulfilled his obligations, adding that he is in and out of his children's lives.

Mancilla has previously spoken out against Soliz, telling the Daily Mail in May, “My husband fell in Britney Spears’ p—y... He neglects his children for her.” The court documents reveal that Soliz earns $2,773 per month, while Mancilla has no income.

Page Six has reached out to Britney Spears’ representatives for comment on the allegations, but no response has been received.
