Mubassir Hussain Zaidi, resumed hearing the case filed in 2016 in the court of a district and session judge.
ISLAMABAD:
The day when Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was leading a rally into Islamabad amid clashes with police, a trial court in the federal capital issued non-bailable arrest for the PTI leader in a case related to alleged possession of illegal weapons and liquor.
A judicial magistrate in Islamabad, Mubassir Hussain Zaidi, resumed hearing the case filed in 2016 in the court of a district and session judge. The prosecution told the judge that the PTI leader has not appeared in the court despite several summonses.
