These rumors surfaced following Diddy’s recent legal troubles, in which he faces 120 violent allegations. Some videos have even claimed that the discovery of the tunnel prompted authorities to reopen the investigation into Jackson’s death.
The speculation, however, has been debunked. A fact-check by Reuters found no evidence of a tunnel between the two properties, and authorities have not confirmed any reopening of Jackson’s case. The claims of a hidden passage emerged after an alleged anonymous tip suggested FBI agents found a tunnel under Diddy’s home containing children’s clothing, but this story has not been corroborated by any official reports.
While these unfounded allegations continue to circulate on social media, authorities have urged the public not to engage with unverified information. Diddy, who has been embroiled in a legal battle over various charges, has not been linked to Jackson's death in any official capacity.
