Diddy faces allegations of sexual assault from 120 victims, including public figures
A total of 120 individuals, including some public figures, have accused music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs of sexual assault, according to attorney Tony Buzbee. At a press conference on October 1, 2024, Buzbee, representing both the Buzbee Law Firm and the AVA Law Group, revealed that 60 men and 60 women have come forward with claims, with incidents allegedly dating back to the early 1990s. Buzbee noted that some of the victims were minors at the time of the alleged assaults. No lawsuits have been filed as of yet, but Buzbee suggested that some of the victims’ identities would be “a shock” due to their public profiles.
Combs’ attorney has refuted these claims, calling the allegations “false and defamatory.” In a statement shared with CNN, the attorney emphasized that Combs “categorically denies” any involvement in the alleged assaults. Buzbee, however, hinted that the number of victims could grow as the case develops, with more individuals potentially implicated.
These accusations add to Combs’ legal troubles, which include an ongoing indictment involving racketeering and sex trafficking charges. Combs, currently detained, has denied all allegations, maintaining his innocence as the legal battle unfolds.
