Over the weekend, Drake, the famed “One Dance” and “God’s Plan” artist, offered fans a glimpse into his extravagant $100 million Toronto mansion, aptly named The Embassy.

The music superstar shared a video on Instagram showing him enjoying Stake’s online betting game from the comfort of his NBA regulation-sized basketball court, which features a striking 21-square-foot pyramidal skylight as detailed in a 2020 Architectural Digest interview.

In the Instagram post, Drake is initially seen lying down in the middle of the court, then suddenly leaping to his feet in celebration after a win, captioning the moment: “HUNNNNNNNNDRED 😈 I’ll get my racks up anywhere even centre court.”

The lavish sports room where this took place is just one of the many opulent features of his 50,000 square-foot home, designed by Canadian architect Ferris Rafauli.

The residence boasts modern Art Deco aesthetics, 40-foot high ceilings, a limestone entryway, and exotic wood floors, reflecting a vision of "overwhelming high luxury" as Drake desired a home that would "stand firm for 100 years" in his hometown.

However, the mansion recently faced challenges when it suffered water damage during torrential rains in the Toronto area this July.

Videos shared by Drake captured the extent of the flooding, showing him walking through ankle-deep water inside his home, humorously captioning the ordeal: “This better be Espresso Martini.”

This flooding incident followed another security breach two months prior when a man attempted to break into The Embassy, claiming he was "[there] to see Drake."

The intruder was stopped by security at the gates and was later apprehended under the Mental Health Act by Toronto Police.
