Lizzo opens up on Tiktok about overeating, slams Ozempic rumors amid weight loss journey

Lizzo confessed that she was feeling down about overeating as she continues on her weight loss journey.

“I overate yesterday and im feeling really bad about it,” the singer shared in a TikTok post, where she flaunted her slimmer figure.

“Im trying to remind myself that my body needed that nourishment,” added the “Truth Hurts” artist, who recently dismissed accusations of using Ozempic.

The 36-year-old then spoke about the compassion she has been showing herself as she progresses on her health journey.

“And if my body deserves comfort then my brain deserves comfort too,” read the last line of Lizzo’s clip.

To offer support to fans who may be experiencing similar struggles, the Grammy winner added, “If you’re going through this ur not alone ❤️.”

After Lizzo posted the clip, many of her fans expressed their gratitude for her openness in the comments section.

“I needed to hear this too ❤️,” one fan wrote, while another added, “This vid [sic] hits different. Just know you’re not in this alone, fam. Stay strong!”

In the video, Lizzo wore an oversized striped shirt, a denim mini skirt, and knee-high boots.

The Yitty founder completed her look with trendy space buns and hoop earrings.

Lizzo’s latest TikTok comes after she clapped back at an online troll who accused her of using Ozempic to aid her weight loss.

“did she use ozempic or did she snort coke,” a fan commented on Lizzo’s Sept. 18 Instagram video.

“whyyyy [sic] do u follow me?” Lizzo responded in the comments. In a Sept. 20 post, Lizzo playfully mocked the hater, writing, “’oZeMpIc oR cOkE?’ – a fan 😭😭😭😭.”

This isn’t the first time Lizzo has spoken about her weight loss journey, as she has been regularly sharing her fitness routine and diet throughout the year.

On Sept. 20, the pop star took to Instagram to show off her gym outfit and her figure, captioning the video, “IM NOT SKINNY IM FHICK [sic]😤.”
