Ariana Grande has opened up about inappropriate scenes in Nickelodeon shows during her docuseries Quiet On Set. In an interview with Vanity Fair, the singer revealed that the documentary highlighted disturbing moments from her past shows, Sam & Cat and Victorious, which "sexualized" young stars. Grande admitted, "You don’t remember some of it, and then it’s thrown into this compilation... and you’re like, 'Wait, that happened?'"

Grande emphasized the importance of creating a safer work environment for performers, saying, "The most important thing we can do is focus on making the working environment safer for all performers and artists—even musicians." The 27-year-old also discussed the mental challenges of fame, suggesting, “If you’re going to sign to a major label... there should be therapy in the contract.”

Grande previously addressed these issues on Penn Badgley’s podcast Podcrushed, noting that young performers often lack the support they need. She added, “The environment needs to be made safer... I think there should be therapists, I think there should be parents allowed to be wherever they want to be.”
