Selena Gomez and her Emilia Perez co-star Edgar Ramirez were spotted enjoying a night out at Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n Sweet Tour concert on Sunday, September 29, at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The 32-year-old actress and singer was joined by friends, including Connor Franklin.

In a video posted to Connor’s TikTok, Gomez can be seen dancing to “Espresso,” the final song of the concert. At one point, Ramirez joined her and even snapped photos or recorded video. Another clip shared by Gomez herself on social media showed her dancing to Carpenter’s song “Juno” earlier in the evening. She tagged her boyfriend, Benny Blanco, in the caption, to which he playfully responded, “can’t keep my hands to myself,” referencing Gomez’s 2015 hit song “Hands to Myself.”

The night also featured Carpenter addressing the recent indictment of New York City Mayor Eric Adams during the concert, though no further details were provided.

Gomez and Ramirez will appear together in the upcoming movie Emilia Perez, set to release in theaters and on Netflix in November. A teaser trailer for the film has already been released, building excitement for the duo’s on-screen collaboration.
