IIFA Awards 2024: Ranbir Kapoor's film Animal bags most awards

Film Animal won best film and six awards, while Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji won top acting honours

The spectacular IIFA Awards 2024 ceremony, held in Abu Dhabi, was graced by some of the biggest names in the Indian film industry.

Ranbir Kapoor's film Animal won the award for Best Film, claiming six major awards.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji were honored with Best Actor and Best Actress awards for Jawan and Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway, respectively.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra received the Best Director award for 12th Fail.

In the special awards category, Hema Malini was honored with the Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema Award for her exceptional contribution to the industry, while Alizeh Agnihotri won the Best Debut Actress of the Year award.

The ceremony featured memorable performances by stars like Shahid Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and Kriti Sanon, who delivered stellar dance routines.
