Kick streamer Mike Smalls risks life streaming from a tent on beach during Hurricane Helene
Kick streamer Mike Smalls Jr shocked viewers when he decided to broadcast live from a beach during Hurricane Helene, risking his life for content. The Category 4 hurricane, which hit Florida on the night of September 26, 2024, brought 140 mph winds and severe flooding, damaging homes and causing multiple fatalities. Despite these dangerous conditions, Smalls attempted a "Surviving Hurricane Helene in a Tent Challenge."
In his stream, Smalls struggled to set up a tent amid the strong winds, eventually hanging onto it as water began flooding the area. "It was a nice run, GGs, chat," Smalls shouted as he conceded to the storm, joking that this could be his "last stream on Kick."
