KARACHI:
The Nursing Association on Thursday staged a protest outside the Karachi Press Club against the planned merger of the Pakistan Nursing Council and the Midwifery Council into an "Allied Health Professional Council."
While addressing the protest, Nursing Association leader Attaullah Rajpar announced that they would expand their protest nationwide. He warned that if the federal government does not reverse its decision, a large-scale protest will be staged in Islamabad.
