'Former secretaries should guide youth'

Parliamentary party leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-N and head of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Senator Irfan Siddiqui, commended the retired bureaucrats who served as secretaries of information, stating that each holds the status of an academy in their own right.

He was speaking at a luncheon held in his honour by former secretaries of information. Senator Siddiqui emphasised that these individuals could provide excellent training and guidance to the youth.

He encouraged them to act as a think tank, offering counsel to the government and relevant institutions on matters related to the information sector.
