Rumors started to swirl that rapper Yungeen Ace was shot and killed on September 25.

The speculation began when a user on X, formerly known as Twitter, posted an image showing a person lying on the street, bleeding. The post claimed the individual was Yungeen Ace, causing hashtags like 'RIP Yungeen' and 'RIP Ace' to trend on the platform.

However, the rumors were quickly debunked when the rapper posted an Instagram story later that day, promoting a track by fellow artist Hunxho.

The image that fueled the rumors was actually from a 2018 shooting incident in Jacksonville, where three young men were fatally shot. The victims were identified as Trevon Bullard, Jercoby Groover, and Royale D'Von Smith Jr. A fourth person, Kenyata Bullard—nicknamed "Ace" and the brother of one of the victims—survived, leading to confusion due to the similarity with Yungeen Ace’s stage name.

Yungeen Ace, whose real name is Keyata Tyrone Bullard, is known for albums like 'Life of Betrayal 2x' and 'Survivor of the Trenches'. Since his career began in 2017, he has released multiple mixtapes and popular singles such as 'Who I Smoke' and 'Opps.'
