Munawar Faruqui buys a luxury apartment in Mumbai's Wadala area for $730,800, marking a major real estate move.

Famous comedian, rapper, and singer Munawar Faruqui has purchased a luxury apartment in the New Cuffe Parade area of Wadala, Mumbai.

According to property documents, Munawar Faruqui bought this magnificent residence for approximately $730,800.

The apartment is located in Lodha Group's premium project, Lodha Aura, which is a high-rise project currently under construction.

In recent years, Wadala has gained significant importance in the real estate market due to its excellent connectivity to the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) financial district and its impressive residential and commercial developments, making it a preferred location for investors and celebrities.

Munawar Faruqui's new home spans 164.25 square meters (1,767.97 square feet) and includes three designated parking spaces.

The deal was finalized in September 2024, with a stamp duty payment of approximately $43,920 and a registration fee of around $360.
