Justin Bieber raised concerns about his health on Monday when he was seen publicly for the first time since Diddy was indicted on sex trafficking charges last week.

The "Baby" singer’s once-close relationship with Diddy has come under scrutiny following the indictment, with unsettling videos resurfacing showing the two partying together and a 15-year-old Bieber spending '48 hours with Diddy.'

Bieber, 30, who recently welcomed a son with his wife Hailey, has remained silent on the situation but appeared upbeat as he went out for dinner with his wife, 27, in Los Angeles. However, fans quickly expressed worry over his 'thin' appearance.

The singer opted for a grey hoodie, loose jeans, and a fedora for the outing, finishing the look with sunglasses.

Hailey, now a new mother, wore a leather coat and black trousers as she chatted with her husband, four weeks after announcing the birth of their first child, Jack Blues.

Bieber’s appearance quickly led fans to voice their concerns on social media.

One fan commented: “He looks like he’s going through it. I don’t see happiness. Praying for him and what he went through.”

Another wrote: “He doesn't look healthy and that hurts my heart.”

Other comments included: “Idk he look like he’s not well,” and “Justin looks rough. Maybe being a new parent is hard or that Diddy stuff is really getting to him.”

A different fan added: “Justin don't look healthy,” and “he is so thin.”

Several old videos of Diddy and Bieber have resurfaced since Diddy’s arrest.

In one concerning clip, Diddy, who is 24 years older than Bieber, was seen filming their '48 hours' together when Bieber was just 15 years old.

Diddy said: “He's having 48 hours with Diddy, where we hanging out and what we're doing we can't really disclose. But it's definitely a 15-year-old's dream.”

He continued: “I have been given custody of him. He's signed to Usher and I had legal guardianship of Usher when he did his first album.”
