Diddy's lawyer blames Costco for 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant: "He buys in bulk"

Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorney, Marc Agnifilo, addressed why authorities found 1,000 bottles of lubricant and baby oil during Homeland Security raids on the rapper’s homes.

“I don’t know where the number a thousand came [from] … I can’t imagine it’s thousands. I’m not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything,” he told TMZ for their upcoming documentary, “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.”

When TMZ founder Harvey Levin mentioned that federal agents suspected the large amount of baby oil was used as “lubricant for an orgy,” Agnifilo responded, “I guess. I don’t know what you need a thousand — one bottle of baby oil goes a long way.”

The lawyer then suggested that the founder of Bad Boy Records, 54, may have purchased the baby oil in bulk from wholesale retailers like Costco.

“I mean, he has a big house. He buys in bulk, you know,” he explained.

“I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. Have you sat in the parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with?”

Levin, 74, countered, “Not a thousand bottles of baby oil.”

In the 14-page indictment released last week, authorities claimed they found the numerous bottles of baby oil and lubricant during raids in March on Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles.

They also uncovered firearms and ammunition, including three AR-15 rifles with altered serial numbers and a drum magazine.

Investigators believe the large quantity of baby oil and lubricant was intended for Combs’ infamous “freak-offs,” which were raucous sex parties involving drugs and alcohol.

The events reportedly took a dark turn, according to victims who alleged they were drugged, raped, and filmed without their consent during sexual acts.

“[Combs] electronically recorded [the freak-offs],” Damian Williams, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, revealed to the press last week.
