Citizen wins against SBCA

Provincial Ombudsman Dr Sohail Rajput, in an important decision, gave justice to the complaint of Citizen Akhtar Zeib against the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA).

Zeb had filed an application in the Ombudsman's office that the SBCA assistant director had demanded bribes for approval of his house plan and was continuously delaying the approval.

It was found that Zeb was being unduly harassed and his legitimate work was unnecessarily delayed.
