A lawsuit has been filed against MrBeast and Amazon on behalf of five anonymous Beast Games contestants, accusing the production of mistreating participants during the reality competition.

The lawsuit, submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court on September 16, alleges that contestants were subjected to severe conditions, including deprivation of food, sleep, and medical care. Female participants also report enduring a hostile working environment filled with harassment.

The complaint further alleges that contestants were denied meal breaks, rest periods, and basic hygiene facilities while competing for a $5 million prize in the Prime Video show.

One participant stated, "I didn’t think I would be treated like nothing." These conditions reportedly led to hospitalizations and physical as well as mental health complications for some contestants.

In addition to the physical hardships, the lawsuit highlights inappropriate behavior fostered on set, with claims that participants were encouraged to tolerate offensive conduct. Representatives for MrBeast and Amazon have yet to respond to the allegations.

Beast Games has yet to announce a release date, but Amazon has promoted it as a high-budget competition offering the biggest single cash prize in streaming history.
