Crackdown intensified on unfit vehicles

RAWALPINDI:

A sustained bid to ensure road safety, Rawalpindi Police has seized 524 unsafe public service vehicles in a 19-day-long operation. This ongoing operation aims to rid the roads of unsafe vehicles and hold the violators accountable. So far, 3996 vehicles have been fined for violating rules, resulting in fines exceeding Rs4.3 million.
