In a society where the birth of a son is often celebrated as a gift, and daughters—especially in families with no sons—are sometimes seen as a burden, Adnan Shah Tipu is refreshingly proud to be the father of four girls. Appearing alongside his wife Hajra on a local television show, the actor spoke openly about how people reacted to the birth of his youngest daughter, and how their comments only strengthened his resolve.

"When I had my fourth daughter, people would come up to me and say, 'Oh, you've had a daughter again…'" Tipu said, pausing before delivering his punchline. "I used to ask them what their problem is. Are they congratulating me or offering their condolences on the matter? I had to give them that shut-up call."

The actor furthered on to say, "By the grace of God, I never once felt the absence of a son. I'm grateful that God blessed me with children. Once they have their own children, I have big plans to play with them as well."

Known for his antagonistic roles in Pakistani television and film, the actor has also worked in Bollywood and Hollywood productions. During an older interview, Tipu discussed the wage gap between Hollywood and Bollywood productions. When asked which project had offered him the highest pay, the actor confidently said, "Hollywood."

Expanding on this revelation, the Bakhtawar actor shared insights into the substantial differences between the two. "I was paid much more for just two scenes in a Hollywood project than for an entire Bollywood film," he disclosed. He also revealed that apart from monetary compensation, Hollywood also offered him and his wife luxurious amenities in the form of a seven-star hotel and business-class flight tickets.
