Team formed to probe rally law violation

Islamabad Police have formed a special investigation team for a probe into cases filed against PTI leaders and workers for allegedly violating a newly promulgated law with regard to rallies in the capital.

According to police sources, SP Investigation Arslan Shahzeb will lead the team while SP organized crime, SP Saddar, the SHO of Sangjani and an investigation officer will also be part it.

The team will take steps regarding investigation into the violation of the law by the PTI workers at a rally on Sunday. The team leader will submit a report on the investigation after two days.
