Pakistani celebrities Shahbaz Shigri and Usman Mukhtar recently engaged in an online banter that raised questions regarding the tone of their rapid-fire responses to each other.

A day ago, Shahbaz posted a selfie of him boarding a flight with the following caption: "I enjoy being in transit when I travel. It's in those few hours where I feel completely untethered. No phone, no Wi-Fi, no responsibilities, no expectations. Just a few hours of absolute tranquillity through inaccessibility."

The model further added, "Also, please note - if you're travelling with me, we are going to be at the airport a solid 3 hours before our flight. That's non-negotiable. Haste makes waste. Also, I'm so damn tired. I could sleep for a couple thousand years at this point."

The update caught the attention of Usman, who commented, "It seems like you've mistaken Instagram for your personal diary." To this, Shahbaz replied, "Says the guy who uses 'funny quotes' to throw up thirst traps. Nobody cares about how much you want biryani, bro." Then, he added in a follow-up comment, "Also, I love you Usman Bhai."

This clarified the nature of their argument. The actor responded, "Brother, why do you have to be rude?" And Shahbaz shot back enthusiastically, "Stop gaslighting me, bro!"

Producer Meiraj Haq soon intervened in the mock-feud. He tagged the two celebrities in the comment thread and said, "As your older brother, I must tell you both to behave like mature men on this app and leave the banter for Bichugang. With love, Meeru Bhai." He punctuated his comment with a heart.

This earned a final reply from Shahbaz, whose comment in Urdu can be roughly translated to: "What should we do about this?" The casual remarks from all involved parties, especially the model and actor, are reflective of their closeness with each other.
