YouTuber IShowSpeed crashes tuk-tuk into Thailand temple wall, apologises to monks
Popular YouTuber IShowSpeed, real name Darren Watkins Jr., found himself in an unexpected situation while visiting Thailand. During his trip, he was invited to drive a tuk-tuk, a traditional three-wheeled vehicle. However, the ride quickly turned chaotic when he accidentally engaged the gear, causing the tuk-tuk to accelerate uncontrollably and crash into a temple wall. The entire incident was captured on video and has since gone viral online.

In the video, IShowSpeed is seen frantically shouting, "Wait, hold on. Stop! Stop! Stop!" as the vehicle sped towards the wall. After the collision, he exited the tuk-tuk, holding his head and appearing visibly shaken after hitting his head on the roof during the crash. The YouTuber later offered an apology to the monks at the temple, who showed grace and understanding. In a follow-up video, IShowSpeed can be seen bowing before a monk and participating in a prayer.
The video, shared by Dexerto on social media, has garnered over five lakh views and sparked mixed reactions. One commenter, Mark Thompson, remarked, "What a disaster! At least he took responsibility and apologised." Another user, James Clarke, praised the monks' response, saying, "Props to the monks for handling that situation with so much grace."
