The aftermath of the presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump was not just a political discussion; it turned into a celebrity endorsement bonanza on social media.

Kerry Washington led the charge, tweeting her straightforward endorsement: "#HarrisWalz2024." Her sentiment was echoed by a host of celebrities, painting social media with a broad palette of support for Harris.

Mark Hamill, the beloved 'Luke Skywalker,' was not far behind, tweeting his dismay at Trump's statements during the debate: "Him: We are a failing, 3rd-World nation! We're headed for WWIII! They're killing babies after they're born! Haitian migrants are eating your pets! Couldn't think of anything he'd do differently on Jan 6th!" followed by "#AngryDefensiveandWeird " contrasting with Harris, whom he noted as "Presidential 🇺🇸#WeAreNOTGoingBack."

Jimmy Kimmel humorously let the characters from "Inside Out" express his views.

While Mark Ruffalo offered a more serious reflection, praising Harris's vision and intellect: "Honestly, I was anxious about this debate but what is clear is that Kamala not only has a vision for the future and lifting America up but she is just so much even-tempered and so much smarter that Trump. She crushed him. #Debate2024."

The endorsements ranged from humorous to heartfelt.

Nick Offerman provided a blunt assessment of the debate outcome: "That was a good old-fashioned ass-whupping. 🇺🇸" Sheryl Lee Ralph of 'Abbott Elementary' criticized Trump: "This man is weak, stupid and delusional!!" And Rob Reiner declared Harris the next President: "Tonight we saw the next President of the United States, and her name is Kamala Harris."

Former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama also reiterated their support.

Barack tweeted, "Tonight, we saw firsthand who has the vision and strength to move this country forward instead of dividing us. @KamalaHarris will be a president for all Americans."

Michelle urged action: "After tonight’s debate there should be no doubt – no room for discussion – @KamalaHarris is the only candidate in this race who is ready to be President. I am once again urging everyone to roll up their sleeves and DO SOMETHING – phone bank, knock on doors, talk to any and..."
