In a post shared on Instagram on Tuesday, Grohl revealed the news, stating, "I've recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage." The rocker also expressed his commitment to his family, saying, "I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness."

Grohl, 55, and Blum have been married since 2003 and share three children. The musician's Instagram statement comes amid efforts to reconcile with his family. He wrote that he is "doing everything I can to regain [his wife and kids'] trust and earn their forgiveness."
