Senator Faisal Vawda, responding to Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur’s speech at a rally in Islamabad, launched a scathing attack on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), saying Gandapur would be "sent back as Miss Gandapur" if he came to Punjab, Sindh, or Balochistan.

Speaking during a Senate session, Vawda criticised PTI, stating, “Come to Punjab, Sindh, or Balochistan, and you will be sent back as Miss Gandapur. You will be laid down if you dare to come.”

Vawda further accused the PTI leadership of pleading with the establishment to engage with them. He also linked PTI figures Murad Saeed, General Faiz, and the party's founder to journalist Arshad Sharif’s death, claiming they knew in advance of the incident.

"You killed an innocent man, Arshad Sharif, for your dirty politics," he alleged.

During his remarks, PTI senators returned to the chamber, with Senator Falak Naz Chitrali questioning Vawda’s standing, asking, “What is his status, and why is he speaking?”

Vawda responded dismissively, saying, “I don’t know you, nor your status.” He continued to accuse PTI of dividing the country and conspiring, adding, “You insult our mothers and sisters, and we tolerate it.”

PTI senators continued to protest against Vawda’s remarks, while government senators came to his defence.

Vawda concluded, “Be patient. This is just the beginning. These people are abusing institutions, and the government is weak to stop them.”
