Pax Jolie-Pitt made his first red carpet appearance at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) since sustaining serious injuries in an electric bike accident. The 20-year-old son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt joined his mother at the premiere of Without Blood, the seventh film directed by Jolie.

Dressed in a black suit and sunglasses, Pax revealed visible scars on his forehead from the late July accident. Despite the injuries, he appeared in good spirits, smiling for the cameras alongside his mother, who wore a sleek black gown and long gloves. The two posed with cast members, including Salma Hayek.

The accident occurred when Pax, riding his electric bike in Los Angeles, rear-ended a car stopped at a red light. A source close to the family shared that Pax suffered complex trauma and is undergoing physical therapy. The source also noted the family’s gratitude for the quick response of first responders and the medical care Pax received.

Angelina, 49, remained by her son's side throughout his recovery, with his siblings—Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne—also visiting to support him. The family is known to be close-knit, and the accident has brought them even closer.

Without Blood marks another collaboration between Angelina and Pax, who worked as an assistant director on the film. Angelina has expressed her pride in working with both Pax and Maddox in the past, describing the film crew as "a big family" and noting how natural it felt to have her sons involved.

The Jolie-Pitt family continues to support each other as they focus on Pax's recovery and the future, with Angelina at the forefront of Pax's healing journey.
