WATCH: Sewer gas explosion damages vehicles in Karachi

Gas accumulated in a sewerage line exploded  near Super Highway in Karachi's Sabzi Mandi area, Express News report.

No immediate casualties rwere eported after the blast but the explosion was so intense that nearby motorcycles flew up in the air like toys. One of the motorcyles that flew up in the air, fell on a car parked next to it damaging both vehicles.

The loud explosion also caused panic in the vicinity. 

Police and bomb disposal squad teams arrived at blast site and cordoned off the area.  

After examining the collected evidence, they determined that the blast was caused by gas accumulation in a drain.
