Creative Arts Emmys winners showcase diverse talent: From Shogun to SNL to The Bear

Shogun leads Emmy wins on Night 2 of the Creative Arts Emmys, taking home multiple awards.

The second night of the 2024 Creative Arts Emmys saw a continued triumph for FX's Shogun, which dominated with wins in categories like Guest Actor, Costumes, Makeup, Hairstyling, Stunts, Production Design, Visual Effects and more, adding to its impressive 14 Emmy wins over the two-day event.

The Bear also made its mark, securing Emmys for casting, picture editing, sound mixing, and outstanding guest actor and actress awards for Jon Bernthal and Jamie Lee Curtis, respectively. Other notable wins included Sandra Oh's first-ever Emmy for her role in Hulu's 'Quiz Lady', and Benj Pasek and Justin Paul securing their EGOT with an Emmy for Original Music and Lyrics for 'Only Murders in the Building'.

The night also celebrated achievements in various categories, from Outstanding TV Movie to Cinematography, Sound Editing, and more. Legendary actor Dick Van Dyke received a standing ovation for his win in the pre-recorded Variety Special category for 'Dick Van Dyke 98 Years of Magic'.

The Creative Arts Emmys showcased the exceptional talent and creativity in the television industry, setting the stage for the upcoming Primetime Emmy Awards.
