The weather in Karachi is expected to remain humid with partly cloudy skies throughout the day, according to the Meteorological Department.

While no significant rainfall is expected over the next 24 hours, light drizzle may occur in various parts of the city.

Today’s minimum temperature in Karachi was recorded at 26.5°C, with a maximum temperature of 33°C anticipated.

Sea breezes are forecasted to blow at speeds of 10 to 20 km/h, while high humidity levels are making the temperature feel about 5°C higher than the actual readings.

The city is unlikely to see any heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours, but residents can expect intermittent drizzle in some areas.

Yesterday, the city recorded a minimum temperature of 27°C, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department

The maximum temperature in the city yesterday was forecasted to range between 30°C and 32°C. Winds were blowing from the southwest at a speed of 11 km/h, with humidity levels reaching 85%.

Residents were advised to prepare for slightly damp conditions as the drizzle could contribute to higher moisture levels throughout the day.

Intense rainfall last month left Karachi's streets in poor condition, with major roads caving in and neighbourhood streets nearly inaccessible.

The damage has led to significant traffic disruptions and unsafe conditions for residents.

Korangi’s link road to Landhi has become nearly impassable due to potholes and overflowing sewage, leading to frequent accidents.

University Road, already strained by BRT Red Line construction, had turned into a major traffic bottleneck.
