Sabrina Carpenter is expressing her gratitude to Nicki Minaj and her Barbz after a closely contested sales battle saw her sixth studio album, Short n' Sweet, narrowly surpass Travis Scott's Days Before Rodeo re-release by just 1,000 units.

Some of Scott's fans speculated foul play, though there is no confirmation of any such claims.

The competition between Carpenter and Scott mirrored a similar race from 2018, when Scott's Astroworld topped Nicki Minaj's Queen album.

At the time, Minaj voiced her frustrations, accusing Scott of using merchandise bundles to boost sales.

Now, years later, the tables have turned, and Nicki has made it clear who she supports—this time, backing Sabrina Carpenter.

Carpenter took to social media to thank Nicki, writing, "This is for Nicki," while Minaj returned the love by urging her fans to support Carpenter’s album.

The rapper's support extended beyond words, as Carpenter later shared on Instagram that Nicki had sent her a beautiful white bouquet.

“I adore u + the Barbz :’) this is so thoughtful!!!! and these are so beautiful," Carpenter captioned the post.
