Actress Rachel Sennott and singer Charli XCX recently sat down for an interview with Cultured Magazine to discuss the complexities of balancing public personas, creativity, and evolving identities in the public eye. The conversation highlighted their shared experiences navigating fame while growing both personally and professionally.

Sennott, known for her roles in Shiva Baby and Bottoms, opened up about how her early public persona on social media no longer reflects her current self. "I had this persona on Twitter in my early 20s, but I don’t know if that’s fully me anymore," she admitted, adding that she has outgrown much of the content she shared in her younger years.

Charli XCX, who gained notoriety this year with her viral hit "360," echoed Sennott's sentiments. "Sometimes I want to call every person on Twitter to explain, but you just can’t," she remarked, noting the difficulty of maintaining a consistent public image while continuing to evolve creatively. Charli also touched on how both she and Sennott have come to represent a new form of femininity in popular culture, which she said "was lacking representation for a while."

Both artists emphasized the importance of continuing to grow despite the challenges of public perception. "I’m growing and changing, and being able to show that to people is exciting," Sennott concluded.
