Labourer falls to death from 18th floor

A labourer died after falling from the 18th floor of an under-construction building in Clifton, Block 2, on Thursday.

The victim, identified as 34-year-old Nabi Shah, was working at the site when the tragedy happened. His body was shifted to JPMC where it was handed over to the bereaved family after medico-legal procedures. In another incident, an elderly man fell from the roof of a house in Shadman Town No 1. The 65-year-old victim succumbed to his injuries during the course of treatment.
