Celebrate National Cheese Pizza day with discounts and deals across the US

From free delivery at Little Caesars to discounts at Papa Murphy's, here's where to score the best pizza deals.

Thursday, Sept. 5 marks the start of the 2024 NFL season, but it also happens to be National Cheese Pizza Day, a holiday everyone can enjoy. 

Americans consume more than three billion pizzas annually, according to the National Park Service, which credits Italian immigrants in the late 19th century for introducing pizza to the U.S. 

To celebrate, several major pizza chains are offering discounts and deals.

Little Caesars is waiving delivery fees for all orders placed through their app or online until Sept. 15. 

Papa Murphy’s is giving customers 30% off their orders at participating locations with the code FOOTBALL24 on Sept. 5, while Round Table Rewards members can snag a $5 personal cheese pizza with any purchase from Sept. 5-8. 

Mountain Mike’s is offering loyalty members $3 off any cheese pizza, and select Happy Joe's locations are giving 25% off classic medium cheese pizzas.
