Lil Woody, a central figure in the ongoing YSL RICO trial, has found himself in the spotlight as his social media presence experiences a significant surge.

Recently, Woody took to Instagram to share impressive statistics, revealing that he's reached over 4 million accounts since August 4.

While the boost in visibility is notable, not everyone is happy with how he’s gained his following, as seen in the comments section of DJ Akademiks' post.

The attention surrounding Woody spiked last month when he delivered a controversial rant against the state during the trial.

Shockingly, he admitted to lying about fellow YSL member Young Thug's crimes in an effort to protect himself.

"I don’t recall nothing that happened years ago," Woody said. "I just know that every time the police were after me, they kept bringing his name up. Whatever y’all want me to say, I'ma say it... And y’all wrong because y’all know that I’m full of s**t."

This admission has sparked debate online, further fueling the interest in his social media accounts.

While Woody's rise in popularity may seem beneficial, the nature of the trial and his admissions have left many questioning his newfound fame.
