Johnny Depp recently showed off what seemed to be a brand-new, bright smile after images of his "rotting" teeth went viral last year.

In an Instagram video, which Page Six confirms was taken recently, the Pirates of the Caribbean the actor was spotted enjoying his vacation in the Bahamas.

Depp was seen interacting with both patrons and staff members at a beach bar in Exuma, flashing several smiles for the cameras.

The 61-year-old actor appeared to be in a great mood, shaking hands with fans and even stepping behind the bar to assist the bartender in making drinks.

He posed for photos with the delighted staff, putting his arm around an ecstatic employee.

One Instagram user commented, "Am I right too [sic] see that his teeth are looking brighter than ever before???" while another added, “Is it [me] or does [sic] his teeth look more straight?”

A third person confidently noted, "Def got his teeth done! Looks so good."

Though Depp’s representatives didn’t immediately respond to inquiries about his apparent new smile, fans online agreed that “he looks amazing, happy and healthy.”

At the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, Depp became the center of attention—not just for his role in Jeanne du Barry, but also for his teeth.

Photos of Depp on the red carpet quickly spread online, with many fans commenting on the condition of his discolored and crooked teeth.

“Johnny Depp’s teeth are literally ROTTING,” one user on X claimed, while another remarked, “Johnny Depp just looks like someone grabbed his teeth and painted them black.”

One particularly concerned viewer questioned, “why do I have to see closeup pics of Johnny Depp’s teeth against my will,” while another echoed, “Seeing that pic of Johnny Depp’s teeth on my tl just ruined my mood. That’s enough Twitter for me.”
