Travis Kelce’s team dismisses fake Taylor Swift breakup PR contract
Travis Kelce’s public relations team has firmly rejected the legitimacy of a fabricated document that recently circulated online, which purported to detail a planned breakup between him and Taylor Swift. The document, titled "Comprehensive Media Plan For Travis Kelce's Relations Following Breakup with Taylor Swift," has been labeled as “entirely false and fabricated,” according to a statement from Kelce’s PR agency, Full Scope, given to PEOPLE. Full Scope confirmed that the document was not “created, issued, or authorized” by their company and emphasized that legal action is underway to address the individuals responsible for distributing the fake content.
The forged document first appeared on Reddit before it was deleted. Some fans speculated that it could have been part of a fan project or prank, noting that Full Scope's logo is publicly accessible. The company has since engaged with Reddit’s legal team to begin proceedings against those involved in the creation and dissemination of the document.
Amid the rumors, Kelce spoke positively about Swift during an interview on the Rich Eisen Show. He mentioned that Swift has been enthusiastic about learning the rules of football and even joked that she has been drafting plays for him to run on the field. “She’s a little biased and just creates plays for me,” Kelce said humorously, adding that none of the plays have made it to his coach, Andy Reid, yes.
Kelce and Swift, both 34, sparked dating rumors in 2023, and their relationship became public when Swift attended a Kansas City Chiefs game in September of that year.
