The Weeknd announces final album in trilogy, titled ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’

The Weeknd unveils his final album in a trilogy, titled Hurry Up Tomorrow, set to explore personal themes.

The Weeknd has revealed the title of his upcoming album, Hurry Up Tomorrow, the final chapter in his trilogy that began with After Hours and Dawn FM. Accompanied by a cryptic message filled with existential reflections, The Weeknd shared his thoughts on this conclusion to his musical saga, stating, “Today has felt like an endless spin... I keep distorting the truth.” This message hints at the introspective themes of the album, continuing the self-referential style seen in previous releases.

Describing the album as the "creative apex of the project," The Weeknd emphasized the existential themes woven throughout, expressing how the work delves into personal trauma and self-discovery. The artist did not reveal the exact release date but assured fans the album would be a defining moment in his musical journey.

In addition to the new album, The Weeknd has a busy schedule. He will perform a special concert in São Paulo, Brazil, on Saturday, which will be livestreamed on YouTube. A portion of the proceeds from merchandise sales will be donated to the Brazilian Soul Fund to support communities affected by natural disasters in southern Brazil.
