Pakistani actor Faryal Mehmood recently made waves during her appearance on the popular podcast Pressure Bohat Hai, hosted by actor Faysal Quraishi. During the candid conversation, Faryal delved into her experiences working with the legendary Naumaan Ijaz, offering a glimpse into the intensity and brilliance of the seasoned actor's craft.

Reflecting on her time on set with Naumaan while shooting for drama series Raqeeb Se, Faryal described him as both formidable and inspiring. "Naumaan Ijaz is intimidating, very intimidating," she admitted, echoing the sentiments of many actors who have had the privilege—and challenge—of sharing the screen with him. However, Faryal was quick to add that there is much more to the veteran star than his commanding presence.

"Well, Nomi Bhai, you know, working with him is another journey of its own. He actually tries to help you do well, but his way of teaching is very hard to grasp and requires a certain person to understand his process," she explained.

Faryal's portrayal of Naumaan painted a picture of an actor who is not just a co-star but a mentor who pushes his colleagues to their limits, albeit in his unique style. She explained that while his methods might be hard to comprehend at first, those who embrace the challenge often find themselves growing immensely as performers.

"Once you undergo the process and learn from him, you become gold," she added, highlighting the transformative impact of working alongside Naumaan.

Naumaan is known for his versatility and commanding screen presence, which can be daunting even for seasoned actors. Yet, as Faryal's insights reveal, his approach is rooted in a deep commitment to the craft of acting and a desire to elevate those around him. It's this blend of intensity and mentorship that makes working with him a formidable but ultimately rewarding experience.
