Kyle Richards shows off toned body while estranged husband Mauricio Umansky dates model

Kyle Richards showcased her toned and muscular physique as her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, moved on with a new partner.

The TV star posed on a workout bench, flexing her growing arm muscles and abs in a sweaty gym selfie that she shared on her Instagram Story on Sunday.

Richards, 55, sported a white sports bra, black high-waisted leggings, and purple sneakers during her workout session.

A pair of dumbbells rested at her feet, while a barbell with weight plates was also visible.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star frequently shares photos of her workouts in her home gym, and she recently posted one to mark two years of sobriety.

“This week was my 2 year anniversary of being alcohol free (July 15th) I can remember a time when the idea of going 2 weeks seemed impossible,” she captioned the photo of herself flexing her bicep.

“I’m proud of the fact that I’ve had the willpower to stay on this path … My mental and physical health became a lot more important to me.”

Richards hinted at her separation from Umansky, 54, expressing her gratitude for being sober while navigating “difficult times.”

The former couple announced their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.

They have three daughters together: Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16. Richards is also a mother to her 35-year-old daughter, Farrah, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

While Richards has remained publicly single, Umansky has begun dating model Nikita Kahn.

The “Buying Beverly Hills” alum and his 33-year-old girlfriend were first linked romantically in July when they were spotted showing PDA at an airport in Greece.
