Sean Kingston is facing mounting legal challenges, with another case recently added to his list of woes.

According to Baller Alert, the singer was sued by luxury jeweler Dream Watch in June for allegedly failing to pay for two high-end timepieces—a Richard Mille Model RM 65.01 Automatic and a Patek Philippe Calibre—totaling approximately $912K.

The jeweler claims that Kingston initially agreed to purchase the watches and even had a representative fly from Malaysia to inspect them at his Los Angeles home.

Despite promising to wire the payment immediately, Kingston allegedly failed to do so and eventually stopped communicating with the company.

Dream Watch alleges that Kingston made various excuses, including claiming that his mother would send the payment, but ultimately, they received nothing.

The company initially sought $1,054,107 in damages, and last week, Kingston was ordered to pay a $916K default judgment after reportedly ignoring the lawsuit altogether.

This ruling comes on the heels of Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, being arrested for alleged fraud following a raid on his Florida home.

Both pleaded not guilty to multiple federal charges earlier this month and are now seeking a jury trial.

The duo is accused of “unjustly enriching themselves by falsely representing that they had executed bank wire or other monetary payment transfers as payment for vehicles, jewelry, and other goods.”
