Justin Baldoni, the star and director of the film adaptation It Ends With Us, has stirred a powerful response from fans following his social media post dedicated to survivors of domestic violence.

The post, titled “Dear Survivor,” was shared in collaboration with the nonprofit organisation No More and Survivor Love Letter, a community initiative encouraging public expressions of support for survivors.

Baldoni's words deeply resonated with many, particularly among those who have experienced domestic violence firsthand.

One user, @anita.jj.x, shared their appreciation, stating, "As a survivor, and I can’t speak for all of us. But for me; having a male voice speak up and empathise and support our voices, our journey, is needed and appreciated. We need male support in the fight for changing perspective and behaviour."

Another fan, @astrologyisforeveryone, expressed admiration, writing, "How do we get the world to create more men like you? Asking for a friend. And that friend is all the women that exist on earth."

The post has also sparked discussions among fans, many of whom have declared themselves part of "Team Justin" in light of the ongoing rumors of tension between Baldoni and his co-star Blake Lively.

Lively, who portrays the film’s protagonist, has faced criticism for her perceived lack of engagement with the film’s domestic violence themes during its promotional efforts, while simultaneously promoting her new haircare brand, ‘Blake Brown Beauty.’

As the film approaches the $300 million mark at the box office, the rumored discord among the cast, including Lively, Baldoni, Brandon Sklenar, and Jenny Slate, continues to fuel speculation. However, Baldoni has publicly supported Lively’s potential involvement in a sequel, despite the ongoing controversies.
