Bella Hadid replaces Julia Roberts as Chopard’s new global ambassador
US Palestinian supermodel Bella Hadid has been named the Global Ambassador for Chopard, taking over the role from Hollywood actress Julia Roberts.
The luxury Swiss jewelry house announced that the campaign featuring Hadid will launch on September 1, with six stunning images captured by photographer Alasdair McLellan.
The campaign will spotlight Chopard’s Haute Joaillerie collections, including Happy Hearts, Happy Sport, Happy Diamonds, Ice Cube, and Alpine Eagle.
Hadid first turned heads with Chopard creations at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival and has since been seen wearing the maison’s jewelry on numerous red carpets, including several appearances at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.
Caroline Scheufele, Co-President and Artistic Director of Chopard, expressed her enthusiasm in a statement to Business Today, saying, “Bella epitomizes the spirit of Chopard: a harmonious mix of effortless elegance and zest for life that perfectly resonates with what our watches and jewelry stand for. We are excited about embarking on this new journey together.”
In addition to her collaboration with Chopard, Hadid has also been making headlines in the beauty industry with the launch of her fragrance brand, Orabella, in May.
