Watch: Dump truck driver runs over security guard in Lahore

A toll security guard was severely injured on Lahore's Ring Road after being run over by a dump truck driver.

CCTV footage captured the accident.

The guard, identified as Khaliq Butt, attempted to stop the truck for toll collection when the driver, instead of complying, ran him over.

The incident has sparked concern as the video footage surfaced, showing the moment when Khaliq Butt was struck.

The police have registered a case at the Badami Bagh police station, following a statement from the injured guard's son, Ashiq Butt.

Police officials revealed that the driver was operating the dump truck without a valid license.

The driver has since been arrested, and further investigations are underway.
