ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad High Court will hear a plea against PCB's non-accreditation of sports journalists on September 10. During the last hearing, the IHC Justice Babar Sattar remarked as to how journalists' accreditation could be stopped.

Senior lawyer Abdul Wahid Qureshi appeared on behalf of journalists.

The PCB lawyer told the court that the board had made accreditation cards of several journalists.

The court inquired how many days before the match the accreditation processed, adding if there is any reason to stop the accreditation, the board should state its position and show the documents that they do not meet the criteria.
