Sabrina Carpenter sparks buzz about Olivia Rodrigo feud after potential Crumbl Cookies collaboration
Crumbl Cookies, the well-known Utah-based dessert franchise, seems to be hinting at a new collaboration with singer Sabrina Carpenter, linked to her latest album "Short n' Sweet."
Crumbl’s official account wrote on X, “me when my friend says they want a mini n' sweet treat,” along with an image of a cookie set against a blue background.

This shade of blue matches the cover of Carpenter's album, "Short n' Sweet." Additionally, the cookie in the picture features a lipstick stain, a detail that mirrors a similar feature on Carpenter’s album cover, where a lipstick stain is seen on her shoulder.
Fans quickly drew parallels between this possible collaboration and a previous one involving Olivia Rodrigo. Rodrigo, who is rumored to have a long-standing feud with Carpenter, had earlier collaborated with Crumbl Cookies for her GUTS World Tour. One user on X pointed out the similarity by writing, "Olivia did it first."
The tension between the two dates back to rumors that Carpenter had dated Joshua Bassett, who is also rumored to be Rodrigo's ex. Rodrigo's hit song, "Driver's License," was widely speculated to be about this love triangle, with Carpenter seemingly addressing the situation in her own track, "because i liked a boy."
Previously, Crumbl partnered with Rodrigo in July for a special GUTS-themed cookie. This "chilled" purple vanilla cookie was sandwiched with layers of triple-berry jam and vanilla buttercream, rolled in starry sprinkles, and topped with a star cutout, all elements reminiscent of Rodrigo's "GUTS" album and tour.
