PC deputy chairman resigns

ISLAMABAD:
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif assigned the responsibility of the deputy chairman of the Planning Commission to Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal after the resignation of Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan, according to an Express News report on Friday.
The prime minister accepted the resignation of Planning Commission deputy chairman, a notification said on Friday.
A separate notification stated that the prime minister entrusted the planning minister the additional responsibility of the deputy chairman of the Planning Commission.
