Apartment 7A Trailer unveils chilling prequel to Rosemary's Baby

A bone-chilling trailer for "Apartment 7A," the prequel to Roman Polanski's 1968 horror masterpiece "Rosemary's Baby," has been released, sending shivers down the spines of horror enthusiasts.

Julia Garner, known for her roles in "Inventing Anna" and "Ozark," takes the lead in this haunting film directed by Natalie Erika James. "Apartment 7A" will premiere exclusively on Paramount+ on September 27th, just in time for the Halloween season.

Garner portrays Terry Gionoffrio, a character originally played by Victoria Vetri in "Rosemary's Baby." The prequel, set in 1965 New York City, delves into the eerie occurrences within the Bramford building before Rosemary's arrival.

The official logline reads: "When a struggling, young dancer suffers a devastating injury, she finds herself drawn in by dark forces when a peculiar, well-connected, older couple promises her a shot at fame."   

The film boasts a stellar cast, including Dianne Wiest, Jim Sturgess, and Kevin McNally.

Produced by Platinum Dunes and Sunday Night, "Apartment 7A" counts John Krasinski, Michael Bay, and others among its producers.

Fans of the original "Rosemary's Baby" and horror aficionados alike are eagerly anticipating the premiere of "Apartment 7A" to witness the chilling events that paved the way for Rosemary's terrifying ordeal.
