Ben Affleck enjoys night out with Matt Damon amid Jennifer Lopez divorce

Despite his marital troubles with Jennifer Lopez, the dinner appeared to be a great mood-lifter for Ben Affleck.

Ben Affleck was seen joining his close friend Matt Damon and his family for dinner in Los Angeles amidst his separation from Jennifer Lopez.

Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso, appeared to be in high spirits as they arrived with their daughters at the popular Italian restaurant Toscana on Sunday night, according to photos obtained by TMZ.

The couple, who have been married since 2005, were photographed warmly greeting everyone in the restaurant’s foyer with big smiles.

Damon, 53, and Barroso, 48, matched in all-black outfits for the enjoyable night out.

Affleck, meanwhile, arrived alone but seemed to be in a good mood as he joined the family inside.

The “Gone Girl” actor dressed casually in jeans, a white T-shirt, and a tan button-down, which he paired with simple white sneakers.

Despite his marital troubles, the dinner appeared to be a great mood-lifter for Affleck, who was heard laughing with the valet afterward.

Damon and Barroso seemed to have just as much fun as they left the restaurant with big smiles.

A source previously told “Entertainment Tonight” that Affleck had “been leaning” on his “Good Will Hunting” co-star amid his split from Lopez, who officially filed for divorce last week.

“Matt is always in Ben’s corner and is supportive of him,” the insider shared in June.

Although Damon has been a strong support for Affleck, the “Jason Bourne” actor recently admitted he couldn’t imagine trading places with him.

During an episode of the “Radio Times Podcast” with Casey Affleck, Damon confessed he couldn’t envision living under constant scrutiny like Ben.
